The Urban Indian Connections of the Winnebago Public Health Department provides social and human services to Native Americans located both on and off the Winnebago Reservation.  A shuttle provides transportation between the Reservation and downtown Sioux City.  Urban Connections partners with local and regional agencies to provide needed services in behavioral and mental health for the Native American community.
