The Health Promotion and Education Program covers a wide range of services for the Winnebago Public Health Department.  The Program works with all ages to educate and support good physical and mental health throughout the community.  Services include the following:

  • Health Promotion
  • HIV/AIDS Education
  • Teen Pregnancy Prevention Education
  • Tobacco Prevention & Education
  • Nutrition & Exercise
  • Health Fair Coordination
  • Tools to achieve healthy lifestyles
  • Mentoring and demonstrating necessary life skills
  • Instill Self-Esteem and Pride
