Community transportation services include:

• Purchased/Referred Care Transportation to medical appointments
• Discharge from a medical facility if transferred from the TCUH
• Shuttle services between TCUH and Siouxland
• Medical Courier Services

Passenger Code of Conduct:

The health and safety of our patients, relatives, and employees is Winnebago Comprehensive Healthcare System’s number one priority. As such our employees reserve the right to refuse passage or call security 402-745-3953 or law enforcement as needed.

1. No weapons of any kind.
2. No illegal substances, including but not limited to alcohol, ayahuasca, cannabis (Marijuana/Pot/Weed), Central Nervous System Depressants (Benzos), Cocaine (Coke/Crack), Fentanyl, GHB, Hallucinogens.
3. Use of any type of tobacco, e-cigarettes, alcohol, or other drugs are prohibited in vehicles.
4. Passengers under the influence of alcohol, or other drugs are not permitted.
5. Pets are not allowed, service animals are always welcome
6. Threats to other passengers and/or drivers will not be tolerated.
7. Please respect others by refraining from disruptive behavior or using foul or offensive language.
8. The seatbelt must be worn at all times.
