The mission of Public Health Nursing is to promote and protect total health and to reduce disease and disability. Ultimately, we want the Winnebago community to achieve optimum health and wellness. To do so, the Public Health Nursing Program provides the following services:
- Audiology Clinic
- Breastfeeding Consultation
- Case Management
- Colorectal Cancer Screening Program
- Developmental Screening
- Diabetes Prevention
- Immunizations
- Infectious Disease Surveillance
- Nutrition Counseling
- Prenatal & Postpartum Fairs
