The Winnebago Domestic Violence and Sexual Assault Program at Winnebago Public Health is a crisis intervention program serving victims of domestic violence, human trafficking, sexual assault, dating violence and stalking.  We provide safe shelter for victims and their children who are fleeing a dangerous situation through on-site housing, transitional housing, financial assistance, support groups and intervention/prevention services.
